"Presentation Video" is the area of our business that includes projected video in a boardroom, training room, school classroom, or House of Worship. At Electronic Sound we will assist you through the entire process of obtaining a new or upgraded video presentation system that will best fit your needs. We will begin with an evaluation of your existing system and/or evaluation of your needs in your new or existing space. After this initial information gathering meeting, we will begin the design phase where we will select products that will work together to fulfill your requirements. During this phase we will also produce conceptual drawings, organize product brochures, and provide a project cost estimate. When this phase is complete, we will meet with the individual(s) responsible for the project to present our design concepts and answer any questions regarding the design. Following the design phase and when both parties are comfortable that the designs has fully met the customer's needs we can start the installation phase. A project manager, who will follow the project to completion, will coordinate the installation phase. Upon completion of the installation phase, the project manager will commission the system, including testing, calibration, and user training. Once the system has been "commissioned" and is in use, Electronic Sound will fully warranty the parts and labor for the period of one year at no cost. At the end of that one-year warranty, extended warranties may be obtained or we can provide service at anytime on a time and material basis.
